Virtual Armory provides an interactive 2D/3D web-based gun simulator intended exclusively for entertainment, educational study, and technical demonstration. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes.

2. Intellectual Property

The visual interface, styling, code architecture, and proprietary interaction logic are the property of Virtual Armory. Firearm models and brand names depicted are for simulation and educational reference only.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is". While we strive for extreme realism in recoil, rate of fire, and sound design, this is a virtual application. Do not rely on this simulator as a substitute for certified, real-world firearm instruction.

4. Limitation of Liability

Virtual Armory shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
